With Joanna’s background as a chef and Sally’s experience as a project manager, the pair decided to embark on a new venture, seizing  the opportunity to purchase a B&B in the heart of Sheringham. After years of renovations, which they describe as a labour of love, it has now been  transformed into the Burlington Berties Boutique Hotel you see today.

 

With a passion for experimenting with the finest ingredients, it wasn’t long before they started producing their own North42 Gin. This gin has evolved over the years,  and has come a long way from being made in a jam- jar by Joanna to being one of the top- selling gins at Selfridges stores.

Sheringham holds a special place in their hearts as it embodies a perfect work-life balance, allowing them to unwind with their three dogs, Henry, Louie, and Finley. The dogs are affectionately known as the Burlington Boys.
