We are delighted to introduce the Award Winning, North at Burlington, our beautiful hotel restaurant. Our food is all sourced locally ensuring the best and freshest ingrediaents and a superb dining experience. We welcome diners who are not guests of the hotel to join us for an evening meal or Sunday lunch.
Drinks Lounge
Our drinks lounge is open to guests and those who want a sophisticated experience within our sumptious design led social space. We have carefully curated a wine and drinks list that will leave a lasting impression, including our own award winning gin, North42.
Gin Bar
Our garden gin bar is open from May through to Septemeber and provides a unique experience, mixing balmy summer evenings in the immaculate gardens with the faint sea air. Our full drinks list is available at the bar, but we are famous for our gin cocktails.
